Fast and convenient. Good service with a smile most of the time. Also Mountain Dew Baja blast on tap is great.

I do not go to Taco Bell often thus when ordering today I had a few questions as I utilized the drive thru. I was not rushed and pleasantly guided to the right choices for me by an employee who was friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the pick up window, I was again waited on by an employee who was friendly and helpful And smiling.My order was given to me correct. I also received plenty of napkins in my bag. Thank you for a good lunch time experience!

If this is the taco/KFC do yourself a favor and dealt elsewhere the slow service doubled with incorrect and even cold order was told I should have ordered it right (beef taco) pretty sure I said I'll have two beef tacos...12mins39 seconds later was given a chicken taco n a beef wrap of some kind I come back through n they said well you should have ordered it rt ...a gun I said just 2 beef tacos I got a ckn one and a beef one which i accepted n left got to the parking lot from the dt and what do ya know they were both not one but both cold I ask for refund which I was told your just trying to get a free lunch you need to.leave I said ok I'll leave but rest assured I'll be adding this to my review on Google maps ..

I never feel full after eating here and have regretted the last few visits.

The 7 layer burrito was advertised as vegetarian so I purchased that and headed home. I began to eat it and it tasted putrid to me. Before I was vegetarian I ate meat and this product tasted like the beans had been cooked in lard. It was making my stomach queasy so I stopped eating immediately but was too far to return to Taco Bell. Definitely Not a vegetarian product. Further it tasted rotten and made me literally sick to my stomach. Very disappointed. Usually I leave nice reviews but I couldn't this time.

Wearing masks to show you "care about customers safety" and yet I eat your food and get food poisoning?? Wasted 24 hours of my life puking because of the incompetence of the staff. Got a refund on the food but not on the 24 hours of my life I will never get back because you people can't follow simple food safety precautions.

Just went to order here and refused to let you get water for free out of their fountain without charging you $1.99 for a cup. The service here is always rude and their policies are not customer friendly. Western Ave is way better in Augusta.

Always have treated me good here. Great customer service and I’ve always received what I’ve ordered inside or drive through.

Good service and food

I usually use the drive-thru the people are always so friendly. The service is better than any other taco Bell I've been to. If you have to wait they always make up for it somehow.🌶️🌮🌯🥙🌶️

Amazing customer service & the staff are very friendly & fun! It brightens up my day every time I come by. I had a problem with my order that I communicated over the phone & they were very kind & understanding & we resolved it easily. Definitely some of the best customer service in Augusta compared to a lot of the other fast food restaurants (looking at you, Bangor Street McDonalds)

Waited 15 minutes for 5 items that came out looking like this, and another had half it's meat. It seems like they're paying people to stand around and shoot the bull. On top of it I witnessed ONE person (out of the four I saw) handling food and drinks with gloves on, the rest didn't seem to care while throwing my food in the bag. Very unpleased and probably won't be back to the North Augusta KFC/ Taco Bell again.

Their triple double crunch wrap is awesome. I also love the new freeze named cherry sunset. Their best tacos are the Doritos locos tacos. I think that the happy hour from 2-5 for freezes to only be 1$ is a great marketing idea and it really allows the consumer to enjoy a cold drink without breaking the wallet. Check this place out on main st in Waterville ME and in Augusta as well, You won’t be disappointed!

Went through the drive thru, good service some minor mistakes.

I won’t even given them a star, after a long trip home, and we where hungry they only thing that they where more concerned about was a shirt competition, then making sure our food was complete! They gave us the 1.00 drink not what we ordered!

Good for fast food

Ordered a $20 fill up and a Beef chalupa. Watched the guy making the chalupa and he had one hand gloved, one not. He used both hands on it! Sorry, I don't know where your hands have been so I don't want them on my food.

Wow what a parking lot! I mean they really got it figured out here and have made all these straight lines that your vehicle fits perfectly between. All the lines are all spaced even so your vehicle can park between any of them. No matter what sized car you own. Just amazing. Best parking lot ever!

I've never had to wait in line SO LONG for 'fast food' before. And we didn't order much or anything specially made. The staff was okay, but forgot about all the extras necessary to eat with and condiments. Random note: bathroom was freezing cold.

Only has drive-thru open. Guess truckers aren't welcome.

Great place to go to! I love tacos personally so Taco Bell is the best to get fast food tacos. The hospitality is great, the food's tasty, and the place is always clean. I never have anything to complain about

Have you tried the breakfast burrito here?? It's amazing and only a buck! This has to be one of the best kept secrets in fast food.

Favorite local Fast Food Restaurant . The staff always remembers our order and is very sensitive to the fact that half of our order is vegetarian :-)

Drive through translator apparently doesn't work. Supreme is what I said burrito is what I got. Asked for soft taco no meat. Got a beef taco. It you like surprise food in your order come here often. Otherwise skip this place.

Had a meal deals at KFC for a decent price

I got a7 layer vegetable burrito to eat on my way home almost an hour away. I began eating it and it was putrid. I finally realized it tasted like lard which is not vegetarian. So either it was putrid and old ingredients or it had lard cross contamination. We were too far away to turn back and already had to get them to correct our order from the take out window. I was sick to my stomach a bit. Never going back.

I order 30 extra crispy chicken and they gave me original and the rest was wrong too

Casher acted annoyed that I was even there and made me wait 10 minutes in drive through before she even took my payment. The food was soggy and cold. Worst experience.

Messed up many times, granted it's very crazy, But they were very kind and gave me extra as a bonus with out me having to ask, overall happy I love me some tocobell!!

They don’t even deserve a star. My boyfriend and I went there about an hour ago and I specifically asked for no sour cream and that is literally all I got in the tortilla wrap was just sour cream! No meat or cheese, just sour cream. I will definitely not be going there anymore.
